Get your team started in this order: purchase a subscription → configure member access → check seats and Credits → have members sign in. This guide covers Qoder CN Full Suite Teams, Enterprise, and Enterprise VPC. Edition comparisons are at the end of the page.
Teams, Enterprise, and Enterprise VPC support monthly and annual subscriptions. See Billing for prices, minimum seat counts, and purchase rules.
If payment succeeded but the instance is missing, or a member cannot use the product after joining, follow the purchase troubleshooting steps. Check the order, identity, seats, and limits before contacting support with the order and instance details. For VPC domain configuration, see the VPC guide.
Instances are released immediately upon expiration. Purchase a new instance, select Existing organization, and enter the original organization ID. Binding requires that the organization has no active subscription. See Impact of order expiration.
Teams → Enterprise also requires release of the original instance followed by a new Enterprise purchase bound to the original organization. See Modify subscription.

The Configuration Administrator has no Credits and is used only for purchasing and configuration, without occupying a usage seat. After activation, add actual members and assign seats for product use. No Credits on the configuration account does not mean enterprise activation failed.
From purchase to first use

Purchase the subscription
Responsible role： PurchaserPurchase the intended edition using Accounts and Subscriptions, then check the order and instance in the Alibaba Cloud console.Completion check： Payment succeeded; the intended enterprise instance and subscription validity are visible.

Configure member access
Responsible role： AdministratorInvite members using Members and Roles and check seats and usage limits.Completion check： Members appear in the organization with available seats and applicable Credits.

Sign in and verify access
Responsible role： MemberSign in to the client using the organization's configured method and select the intended organization. VPC members use the enterprise domain.Completion check： The intended organization and usage are visible, and purchased features are available.
Continue with an existing organization or change editions
