Qoder CN (Full Suite) Accounts and Subscriptions

This document applies only to Qoder CN (Full Suite). It does not apply to Qoder CN (formerly Lingma).
This document introduces the Qoder CN account system, the purchase and usage path for personal subscriptions (Pro / Pro+), and member and role management for enterprise subscriptions (Teams Edition / Enterprise Dedicated Edition (Enterprise VPC)), helping you understand the complete flow from ordering to usage.
  • This document applies only to Qoder CN (Full Suite) customers, i.e., those who log in with a Qoder CN account.
  • This document does not apply to subscribers of Qoder CN (formerly Lingma).

Account System

Individual Users

Individual users can complete purchases directly at qoder.cn and view Credits usage. Individual users log in with an Alibaba Cloud account bound to their phone number. If the phone number is not registered with Alibaba Cloud, a corresponding Alibaba Cloud account will be automatically created at the time of purchase. Customers can later log in to aliyun.com to view orders.

Teams Edition Users

The enterprise purchaser goes to the Alibaba Cloud console to complete the first subscription and organization creation. Day-to-day organization management (members, seats, Credits usage, etc.) is unified in the Enterprise Settings at qoder.cn. Only the person placing the purchase order needs an Alibaba Cloud account; other members can be imported by the enterprise administrator via SSO.

Enterprise Dedicated Edition Users

The enterprise purchaser goes to the Alibaba Cloud console to complete the first subscription and organization creation. Day-to-day organization management (members, seats, Credits usage, etc.) is unified in the enterprise dedicated instance backend. Only the person placing the purchase order needs an Alibaba Cloud account; other members can be imported by the enterprise administrator via SSO.

Account Usage Rules

  • Individual Editions (Free / Pro / Pro+): You must log in with an Alibaba Cloud primary account. RAM users have 0 Credits and cannot use paid features (including Pro / Pro+ and Credits-related features).
  • Teams Edition (Teams) / Enterprise Dedicated Edition (Enterprise VPC): You must use an Alibaba Cloud primary account to purchase. This account can purchase subscriptions and allocate seats, but is not eligible to use a seat and does not occupy a seat fee.

Ordering Requirements

  • Use the Alibaba Cloud account or RAM user of the instance owner to perform order-related operations.
  • We recommend placing orders with an Alibaba Cloud primary account. If placing orders with a RAM user, make sure the following permissions have been granted:
    • Yunxiao product management permission: AliyunRDCFullAccess
    • Order payment permission: AliyunBSSOrderAccess
    • For authorization steps, see the documentation on managing RAM user permissions. For more details on order permissions, see the overall permission policy for Billing and Costs.

Personal Subscriptions (Pro / Pro+)

Personal Subscription Tiers

Personal subscriptions currently offer two paid tiers. The tiers differ in Credits quota and target scenarios, but share the same account system, purchase path, and upgrade flow:
TierSubscription CyclePricingCredits
Free (formerly Community Edition)-Free2-week Pro trial with 300 Credits
ProMonthlyCNY 59 / monthMonthly quota of 2,000 Credits
Pro+MonthlyCNY 169 / monthMonthly quota of 6,000 Credits
Note: Both personal Pro and Pro+ are ordered through the same Qoder CN account on qoder.cn. Credits are metered uniformly across the full suite of products, including QoderWork CN, Qoder CN CLI, and Qoder CN IDE. If you are already subscribed to Pro, you can upgrade to Pro+ during the subscription period. After the upgrade succeeds, the old subscription plan takes effect immediately. Any remaining Credits will be added to your account as a one-time resource pack. This operation is irreversible.

Purchase and Usage Path

Individual users can complete purchase, payment, and usage inspection on qoder.cn without operating the Alibaba Cloud console. qoder.cn encapsulates the interaction with the Alibaba Cloud purchase APIs, so the entire experience is completed within a single site.
  1. Register / log in to qoder.cn with your phone number
  2. Automatically select an Alibaba Cloud UID (if no UID exists, one is automatically created)
  3. Place an order for Pro or Pro+ on qoder.cn
  4. Pay by scanning the Alipay QR code
  5. View Credits usage / expiration reminders on qoder.cn
  6. Download QoderWork / Qoder CLI
  7. Log in via SSO to start using

Account Interoperability

Alibaba Cloud and qoder.cn share the same phone-number verification-code login. Customers can use the same phone number to log in to:
  • The Alibaba Cloud official site
  • The qoder.cn official site
No extra configuration is required from the customer.

Members and Roles

An enterprise organization includes three organization member roles: Configuration Administrator, Administrator, and Member.
RoleBillableCan Assign SeatsCan Purchase / RenewCan Manage OrganizationCount
Configuration AdministratorNoYesYesYes1
AdministratorYesYesNo (default)YesMultiple
