Before binding a new purchase, the system checks that the original organization has no active subscription. See Impact of order expiration for steps and cutoff examples.
If auto-renewal fails, check the order and renewal status before expiration and renew manually. After release, follow the repurchase flow. Verify the order, validity, and member access afterward; enabling auto-renewal alone does not establish a successful renewal.

We recommend enabling auto-renewal at least nine days before your subscription expires. By default, auto-renewal begins nine days before the expiration date. If a renewal attempt fails, the system retries daily until the renewal is successful or until one day before expiration. You can set a specific execution time on the Renewal page.

- Qoder CN (full suite) Enterprise VPC Edition
- You are signed in with the Alibaba Cloud account that owns the organization, or with a RAM user that has the AliyunRDCFullAccess access policy. This permission allows you to manage configuration changes for your organization's instance.
- You can renew an active subscription or enable auto-renewal. After an order expires, select the corresponding purchase link based on the original subscription edition and repurchase it for the original organization to restore service.

Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition renewal
You can renew the Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition service for your organization in two ways.
Method 1: Renew from the instance details page

- Log in to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console and go to the Qoder CN console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Enterprise Standard Edition and find the organization to renew.
- Click the organization name to open its details page.

- Log in to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console, go to Expenses and Costs, and in the left-side navigation pane, click Orders > Renewal.
- Find the Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition order to renew, and click Renew in the Actions column to open the renewal page.
