An expired Qoder CN Enterprise Edition order prevents developers in your organization from using Qoder CN. Administrators should renew promptly or enable auto-renewal to avoid disruption. Enterprise Standard Edition (Teams) expiration impact
After the Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition order expires:
- Developers can no longer use Qoder CN as members of the organization.
- The organization is not deleted. Authorized developer permissions and data reports are unaffected. The organization owner and Qoder CN admins can still access the Qoder CN console.
- The Alibaba Cloud account that owns the organization can renew within 15 days after expiration, or make a new purchase. For renewal instructions, see Qoder CN Enterprise Standard Edition renewal.
Enterprise Dedicated Edition (Enterprise VPC) expiration impact
After the Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition order expires:
- Developers can no longer use Qoder CN as Dedicated Edition users.
- The enterprise instance is stopped. Site management, the Qoder CN management console, and other administration portals become inaccessible.
- The enterprise instance is retained for 15 days. During this period, user management information and developer authorization data remain intact.
- The Alibaba Cloud account that owns the organization can renew within 15 days or make a new purchase after expiration. For renewal instructions, see Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition renewal.
- If no other active order exists after expiration, the enterprise instance will be released 15 days after expiration. Data cannot be recovered after the instance is released.
