Hello Inc.: Hello Inc. fully adopts Qoder CN, with AI-generated code accounting for 25% and R&D efficiency increasing by 19%

Hello Inc. has fully adopted Alibaba Cloud's Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition to improve its R&D efficiency and AI-generated code adoption rate. The company is also partnering closely with Alibaba Cloud to apply AI technology in intelligent customer service and marketing scenarios, driving intelligent development. On June 21, at the Alibaba Cloud AI Visionary Summit in Shanghai, Jia Li, Hellobike Group's Algorithm Director, announced that Hellobike Group has fully adopted Alibaba Cloud’s Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition. This integration has not only improved internal R&D efficiency and achieved an AI-generated code adoption rate exceeding 25%, but also integrated Qoder CN into Hellobike’s self-developed Copilot, “Conch Bot.” This integration helps users achieve intelligent code completion, conduct code reviews, and more. According to Jia Li, more than 20% of Hellobike Group's R&D engineers currently use Qoder CN in their daily development environments, improving R&D efficiency by 19%. The coverage rate among R&D engineers is expected to reach 70% by July. Within Conch Bot, the code assistant achieves an average response time of 1.3 seconds for code completion and an 80% accuracy rate. For code review, AI completes reviews for 180 applications and identifies an average of 140 bugs weekly. Jia Li stated, "Through our collaboration with Qoder CN, Hello Inc.'s internal AI-generated code adoption rate has reached 25%. We are also building a more comprehensive evaluation system, including metrics such as 'real efficiency improvement,' to measure the actual changes in the code produced by developers who use AI. In the future, as large language models (LLMs) continue to evolve, AI will undoubtedly provide comprehensive and multi-dimensional improvements to programming, ushering in an era of AI-powered programming." In addition, Hello Inc. has established a close collaboration with Alibaba Cloud to fully integrate the Qwen Large Language Model (LLM).
  • For intelligent customer service, Hello Inc. has integrated Qwen to improve the quality of customer responses and after-sales support. Daily service calls are expected to approach 100,000.
  • In marketing scenarios, AIGC technology has also improved the efficiency of advertising operations. Hello will also collaborate with Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.
  • Hello Inc. will also collaborate with Alibaba Cloud Model Studio on all aspects of model training and model inference. The goal is to jointly build a one-stop LLM foundation platform to serve all of Hello Inc.'s local travel businesses.
Currently, Hello Inc. primarily provides mobile travel and emerging local services, serving over 750 million cumulative registered users.
