Create and configure an Enterprise Dedicated instance for Qoder CN.
Possible statuses: Starting, In Use, Stopping, Stopped, Releasing, Updating, and Released. You can edit the configuration only when the instance is In Use.
When an instance is In Use, you can configure the following settings:

Create an Enterprise Dedicated instance
- Log on to the Qoder CN console with an Alibaba Cloud account or a RAM user with the AliyunRDCFullAccess policy, and select Dedicated.
- Click Create Instance and configure the following:
- Instance Name: The instance name. Supports Chinese characters, letters, digits, and hyphens (-).
- Region: The region to deploy the instance.
- Instance ID: Used to automatically generate domain names for public (Internet) and private (VPC) network access. For security, network access is disabled by default and must be configured on the instance details page after creation.
- Root Password: The initial password for the root account, used to log on to the instance. You can change it later on the instance details page.
Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated requires Alibaba Cloud DevOps for enterprise management. An enterprise management service is created by default.
- Return to the console after purchase. If the instance is not visible, wait a few moments and refresh the page.
- View the instance status in the instance list:
For security, network access is disabled by default, preventing access from the public internet. Configure network settings after the instance reaches the In Use state. For configuration details, see Network configuration.
Instance configuration
When an instance is In Use, you can configure the following settings:
- Basic Information: Modify the instance name and description.
- Instance Information: Change the root password for the instance.
- Network Access Configuration. For configuration details, see Network configuration.
