Add, modify, or delete users and reset user passwords in Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated Edition.

Add Users

Enterprise administrators can go to Enterprise Management > User Management and add a single user or import users in a batch:
  • Add a single user: Click Create User, enter the required information in the dialog box, and submit.
  • Batch import users: Click the drop-down arrow next to Add User, select Batch Import Users, fill in the template, and upload it.
  • The .csv file for user import must use UTF-8-BOM encoding. On Windows, you can open the file in Notepad, save it as a new file with UTF-8 encoding, and then import it.
  • During batch import, if the logon password field is left empty, the default initial password 'Yun#xia0' is used.For account security, users must reset their password when they first log on with the initial password.

Modify User Information

In the user list, find the target user and click Modify User Information. In the Operations column for the target user, click ... to open the operations menu.

Delete Users

In the user list, find the target user and click Delete User. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleting a user is an irreversible action. Deleted users cannot be recovered.

Reset Passwords

In the user list, find the target user and click Reset Password.
