View logs

Operation logs consolidate user activity records from all organizations in your enterprise, including events from the web UI, API, and command line. An enterprise administrator can view these logs in Enterprise SettingsOperation logs. The operation logs page displays records in a table with columns such as operation category, organization, operation, operation content, operation object type, operator, IP address, and operation time. On this page, you can filter logs using the All operation categories dropdown menu and export logs by clicking the Export logs button.

Filter operation logs

You can quickly filter operation logs by operation category using the dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the page. To filter by more conditions, click the filter button and specify the following:
  • Date range: Filter by the date when the operation occurred.
  • Operation category: Filter by product module.
  • Operation: Filter by specific actions. You can search to quickly find an operation or select multiple operations.
  • Organization: Filter by the organization where the operation took place.
  • Operator: Filter by the user who performed the operation. You can select multiple operators.

Export operation logs

Click Export logs in the upper-right corner of the page to open the export dialog box. You can customize the export conditions as needed. When you are finished, click the Export button. Note:
  • After an export, you must wait 5 minutes before starting another.
  • The export time varies depending on the amount of data. We recommend not navigating away from the current browser window during the export process.
To view your export history, click Export records in the upper-right corner of the page. You can filter the export records by date range (start date to end date), operation category, operation (multiple selections supported), organization, and operator.
