Assign licenses
You must assign licenses to users before they can use applications such as Tongyi Lingma.
- To automatically assign licenses to new users, select the Assign licenses for new users by default (if remaining licenses > 0) checkbox. If this option is selected and licenses are available, new users are automatically assigned a license and can immediately access the application. This automatic assignment stops when the licenses expire or run out.
- If you do not select the Assign licenses for new users by default (if remaining licenses > 0) checkbox, you must manually assign licenses after you add or import users. On the Authorization Management page, click Modify in the upper-right corner. Then, in the Tongyi Lingma license column of the user list, select or clear the checkbox for a user to assign or unassign a license.
- You can assign or unassign licenses to individual users for specific application modules.
- You can filter by department, application module, or assignment status.
- You can search by name or username to check a user's license assignment status.
