You must assign licenses to users before they can use applications such as Tongyi Lingma.
To automatically assign licenses to new users, select the Assign licenses for new users by default (if remaining licenses > 0) checkbox. If this option is selected and licenses are available, new users are automatically assigned a license and can immediately access the application. This automatic assignment stops when the licenses expire or run out.
If you do not select the Assign licenses for new users by default (if remaining licenses > 0) checkbox, you must manually assign licenses after you add or import users. On the Authorization Management page, click Modify in the upper-right corner. Then, in the Tongyi Lingma license column of the user list, select or clear the checkbox for a user to assign or unassign a license.
You can assign or unassign licenses to individual users for specific application modules.
You can filter by department, application module, or assignment status.
You can search by name or username to check a user's license assignment status.
