Enterprise administrator privileges

After you purchase Qoder CN Enterprise Dedicated, an initial enterprise administrator account is provided by default. An enterprise administrator is an administrator who can access the Qoder CN enterprise admin console. The enterprise administrator has the highest level of privileges in Qoder CN, including:
  • Managing users, organizations, and licenses.
  • Accessing the management console for all organizations.
Before you begin, the enterprise administrator must complete the following configurations:
  1. Create enterprise users.
  2. Create organizations.
  3. Configure global settings.
You can grant or revoke enterprise administrator privileges, but you must maintain at least one enterprise administrator at all times.

Grant enterprise administrator privileges

In Enterprise Settings > User Management, select the user that you want to configure, edit the user information, and set Administrator to Yes. If the user that you want to configure is not in the list, you can click Add User to add a new user and set them as an enterprise administrator: To edit a user's details, click the ... icon in the Actions column for the user and select Edit User from the drop-down menu.

Revoke enterprise administrator privileges

In Enterprise Settings > User Management, select the user, click the ... icon in the Actions column, select Edit User, and set Administrator to No.
