Start and continue

In the Editor AI sidebar, select + in the conversation tab bar to start a conversation. Switch between open conversations using their tabs, or add a follow-up in the same conversation to continue with its context.

Find history

Select Chat History in the conversation tab bar, then search for and open the conversation you want to continue. Check the active project before making further code changes. The to-do list tracks progress within a multi-step task; see Agent mode. Conversation history, to-do lists, and Git branches serve different purposes. Switching conversations does not switch the code workspace. Use Execution environments when you need separate working directories.
