Installation and login overview

This topic describes how to install and log on to Qoder CN in different environments, including the Enterprise Dedicated Edition, Enterprise Standard Edition, and Individual Edition.

Compatible IDEs and operating systems

Qoder CN is compatible with the following IDE versions and operating systems:
  • JetBrains IDEs: IntelliJ IDEA and other IDEs, version 2020.3 and later.
  • Visual Studio Code: version 1.68.0 and later.
  • Visual Studio: version 2022 17.3.0 and later.
  • Operating systems: Windows 7 and later, macOS, and Linux.

Download and install

Qoder CN supports multiple IDEs and remote development scenarios. Installation steps:
  1. JetBrains IDEs: install from the plugin marketplace or by downloading the installation package.
  2. Visual Studio Code: install from the extension marketplace or by downloading the installation package.
  3. Visual Studio: install from the extension marketplace or by downloading the installation package.
  4. Qoder CN IDE: download the installation package and install it.
  5. Log in to the plugin: after installation, log in and start using the plugin.

Log on to the Individual Edition

Individual Edition developers log on to Qoder CN IDE with an Alibaba Cloud account.
  1. Preparations: register an Alibaba Cloud account and install Qoder CN.
  2. Log on to the IDE: log on through the Alibaba Cloud login page or by using an AccessKey pair (AK/SK).
  3. Log out: log out directly in the IDE.

Log on to the Enterprise Standard Edition

Enterprise Standard Edition developers log on to Qoder CN with an Alibaba Cloud account.
  1. Preparations: register an Alibaba Cloud account and install Qoder CN.
  2. Log on to the IDE: go to the Alibaba Cloud login page or use an AccessKey pair (AK/SK) to log on.
  3. Log out: log out directly in the IDE.

Log on to the Enterprise Dedicated Edition

Enterprise Dedicated Edition developers can log on to Qoder CN with a dedicated account.
  1. Preparations:
  • Ensure you have an Enterprise Dedicated Edition user account and permissions.
  • Install Qoder CN IDE (JetBrains IDEs, Visual Studio Code, Qoder CN IDE, or Visual Studio).
  • Obtain the login address for the Enterprise Dedicated Edition.
  1. Configure the login address:
  • Contact your enterprise administrator to obtain the login address.
  • Configure the dedicated domain address in the IDE and restart the IDE.
  1. Log on to the IDE:
  • Use the Qoder CN login page or a personal access token to log on.
  1. Log out:
  • Log out directly in the IDE.
